It's been many years since I've posted on the L (on & off lurking). Warm greetings to all & especially old friends.
I have a FS7. FWIW I use EditReady by Divergent Media. It will rewrap or transcode any MXF, MTS, (AVCHD), M2T (HDV), MP4 or QT (MOV) to Avid DNxHD/HR, all flavors of ProRes or H264. Also lets you resize, rotate, retime, apply LUTS plus view & edit metadata. Super easy interface. Mac only :( $49USD
Way faster than all other conversion software. (BTW works 4-5 times faster on a laptop due to dedicated on-chip H264 hardware acceleration than on my 12 core Mac Pro).
