I'm trying a test. I have a master clip. If I right click and go to source settings and then go to Color Management Settings under the Color Encoding tab there is an option to Use CDL values from the ASC_SOP and ASC_SAT bin columns when available.
I copy and paste the ASC_SOP and ASC_SAT settings form another clip that had them included from an ALE import, so formatting should be correct.
But they won't apply. I have to go back into the Source Settings and add the CDL in the Color Transformations section before they will apply.
Any ideas on this? Or is that just how it works?
Thanks,
Jay

Today I think I found out the cause of the reverse matchframe problem. On my latest show the reverse match works until I put a symphony color correction on a shot. No color correction and reverse match works perfectly. Put on a symphony color correction and then the reverse match is offset from the proper frame. WTF. If I remove the color correction reverse match works again. I'm on Mac OX 10.10.5 Avid MC 8_9_4. I tried both a src clip name correction and a src segment and they both cause the issue. Anybody know if this is a known bug? I'll be sending this to Marianna.

That also took away the issue of not being able to adjust audio in the source monitor. Two for one!!!

Where do I turn this function off?
Can someone explain the Effects tab in the audio project settings window? Is this where I might turn this off?ThanksLou
