I just saw a post of someone running Catalina 10.15.X with an RX 580 8GB.  Have I been mistaken in thinking I can't move past Mojavi 10.14.6 OS with my Radeon RX 580 8GB?  My card was flashed by MacVidcards so it shows a boot screen which I find comforting and helpful.
