Hi Greg,

Epidemic has some decent stuff, and very simple and reasonable licensing. Originating from Sweden, most of what you'll find there will have a European tint to it, which may be refreshing or stale depending on your needs. Not a huge library yet, that are fairly new. I like them.

Try Freeplay Music. I needed music a couple of days ago for a crowdfunding video for a not-for-profit and found what I was looking for without too much hassle.  The web interface is a bit clunky but serviceable.

Most of our clients have deals with all the typical, good needledrop libraries, like Extreme, Megatrax, etc., but without those blanket deals, we're paying per-use fees. I'd like to find something cheap, for my cheap clients, that doesn't totally suck.

All suggestions welcome.

It is tempting.  I have been in and out of Avid several times when they have dipped.  You could probably make 15-20% on the rebound out of this dip...not for me this time, however.
