I know this questions come up a number of times - but I need a 'buyout' library that doesn't totally suck and is reasonably cheap. Most of our clients have deals with all the typical, good needledrop libraries, like Extreme, Megatrax, etc., but without those blanket deals, we're paying per-use fees. I'd like to find something cheap, for my cheap clients, that doesn't totally suck.
All suggestions welcome.
