Re: [Avid-L2] Re: BM Cinema Camera

Thanks for the props, everyone! We've got more silliness planned, but we are lucky to be busy right now- so it will have to wait a week or two...

Re: [Avid-L2] Re: getting download suppport for Symphony stuff

Here is my bookmarked link to the Video Downloads page, where you will find
all downloads for Avid video products as well as third party installers:

http://esd.avid.com/ProductList.aspx

You will have to log in to the site using your Avid account, and once you
do, that link takes you straight there.

[Avid-L2] Re: getting download suppport for Symphony stuff

I entered the number on the back of the activation card and I dowloaded Symphony without a problem. The links to the other software downloads did not work. The message said they could not be found on the server. I was inquiring here as to how I get in touch with someone directly to help me determine the problem and get the downloads downloaded. Maybe there was a problem with the Avid server earlier and I'll try tonight and it will work fine. But I would have liked to have accomplished it this morning. The support pages on the Avid website seemed confusing. Maybe it was lack of sleep.

[Avid-L2] Re: getting download suppport for Symphony stuff

Hey - If you bought an upgrade to Symphony 6 or 6.5 or a new Symphony 6 or 6.5 then you are entitled to Avid FX, Avid DVD, Sorenson Squeeze and BCC regardless if it is a shippable kit or a download.

If bought on the store, then you should get the application serials to activate these items in My Account at account.avid.com

if bought as a shippable kit, you get your activation code on the back of the activation card which you use at http://apps.avid.com/activate/us/

If you are on support, you obtain the 3rd party serials at www.avid.com/MC3Party if your system is registered.
