Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.

Dis some research before moving our project up from 8.5 - we have three machines that needed to be updated for ScriptSync 2. We settled on 2018.5 which is the one everyone seems to agree on. We looked into 2018.12.1 but while it fixes quite a few bugs, it broke stuff with ScriptSync which we use a lot.

When was the auto sync feature introduced?  What
is the most stable of recent builds?

I know some of this is pretty subjective,
but I really need some ideas.

[Avid-L2] New Blue 5.0.180117 Crashing Often?

I've posted about this before but when I go to work on simple credits of cards with fade ups and downs I crash all the time.  Usually the first time I open New Blue it works.  After saving the title if I reopen it I may get a crash or if I open up another title it will crash.  It's not every time but almost every time.  Sometimes I may get through 4 titles before a crash.  The crash happen when I click the open New Blue interface box in the Effect Editor window.

I'm on a MacPro mid 2010 upgraded to 12 core 3.33GHz, 24 GB ram, Radeon 5770 1024 MB GPU OS 10.12.6 Avid MC 2018.12.1.
New Blue 5.0.180117 from Avid products page build 180117 according to the About New Blue.  I've run earlier versions of New Blue and I don't recall them crashing this much but I'm trying to follow the installation suggestions that said I should be on the latest New Blue.

I realize the CheeseGrater is no longer qualified but so many people are still running them and it's working fairly well with Avid so far.

I tried to look into the error logs in the system report and I've been sending a crash report to avid each time it happens.  I saved the system profile to a file, which I assume will include error logs that might be helpful.  So far I can't see any error log item that seems like an obvious part of the problem.  Is there a special place I should look right after a crash?  I'm going to send my system profile and avid console text to Avid in hopes of a suggestion.
