How does this apply to v8 upgrades bought post NAB?
Does the annual maintenance on that cover the transition fort the first year or come April when the current maintenance expires am I forced to the subscription model?
I don't care whether i upgrade every year or rent every month but at some point these things need to be told us BEFORE we hand over cash as there are taxation issues and other planning considerations...
But its tv, things change... I predict in 5 years there will be an exciting new option to BUY software again, personally I cant wait for the return to turnkey systems and big iron.
