[Avid-L2] [FR] + Question

Hey all,

(A) is for the lurking engineers and
(B) is for anyone willing to weigh-in on a solution.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Benjamin

(A)
**Feature Request**
There _has_ to be a way to program things (e.g. set an "override" preference) so that
when I open a bin from another project I've been given
(not shared on a network) that I can have that bin's text display
in the font and size that I prefer, without having to meticulously
change each one. Even with "Change Font" mapped to a
button, the process is several steps that also involves using the mouse.
I tried using QuickKeys (for the first time) and it can't do it due to the
font selection menu and/or an inability to "resize the window."

(B)
I thought I had solved this, but...
Why do I continue to get dialog windows to accept incoming connections,
even though I've set these apps to "Allow incoming connections"?
Anyone know a solution to this?
My setup:
MacBook Pro 2.5 GHz, i7
Lion 10.8.5
MC version 7.0.4
AMD Radeon HD6770M graphics card
16 GB RAM
