I'm looking to import a fairly large sound library and as most of you all know. Most of the metadata that's associated with the audio files doesn't get imported/AMA into Composer. One of the libraries that I'm looking at has bwav as the file type. If I look at the description metadata there's a ton of information. Once I import/AMA the files nothing more than more than the clip name.
Is there an app out there that will embed the metadata into an audio file in a way that Avid can see it? Should I be looking for a particular file type that will maintain it metadata once imported into avid? Any info would be extremely helpful.
