We once had a tape rejected because there was a minor error on the tape face label. The network's policy was that if there is ANYTHING wrong, it will be rejected. Their feeling is that they do not have the time to fix or interpret anything, so it must be perfectly correct upon receipt. Even 29.97 was apparently perceived as an error of sorts. It's like trying to argue with a cop that you weren't speeding.
