[Avid-L2] Re: Bus Error

 

What did google tell you? Might as well share with the group what you learned. I get those errors all the time on Mac SNDX 4.0.5. Usually not on start up but while editing and it crashes and sometimes as I'm shutting down. It's a pretty generic error message from what I recall and I don't think it points to any one specific error. I have seen it happen a lot in segment edit mode and also when batch importing and I select a whole group of files to link to and once I've browsed to the files location and select it the batch import window comes up and then main thread buss error. Seems to happen most often when I've just done something really difficult and haven't bothered to save the work before batch import. Perhaps that's more how it feels than how it really is. ;-)
