yes, it runs as a VST plugin, on a stereo track in my case.
But that is no problem for my purpose, as i need it for commercials, and
work with a mixdown anyway.
If the mix is good, it's only about shifting the entire level up/down untill
i'm at -23 LUFS.
In theory it is possible with a hack to interecept the sound before going
out your computer, and run the app in standalone modes listening to that.
But i have not tried it.

Presumably you are only able to monitor a timeline track rather than an
