a problem I'm having and just told me that they would replace it with a
BRAND NEW LAPTOP!"
One of my clients was showing off with his less-than-a-month-old iPad when
it spun out of his hands and landed screen down on the corner of the coffee
table. He took it to the Apple store the next day with its smashed screen
and despite having no insurance they said "Oh, what a shame; here, have a
new one." Then they added "Oh, and your Smart Cover is looking a little
tatty for such a young thing, have another of those, too."
He's now a total Apple convert.
