These aren't proxies, but in fact full-quality, master files. Unless you use the raw workflow, which hasn't been turned on, the ProRes files are it. Therefore CC should be high-quality unless you are using an offline/online workflow. Even the Nick Shaw FCP LUTs are "disclaimed" as for offline only, since they are 8-bit. Nevertheless, they are probably good enough for many applications.
