It wasn't me, but that's most definitely the case: much like "General Error" and "Out Of Memory" in FCP or the "(appName) crashed unexpectedly" ongoing fail from Infinite Loop's OS X.
I mentioned to someone recently that the only thing consistent these days with Apple is that they're getting consistently worse (although to the positive side, I've been using a new Magic Mouse for a whole day and a half and it still works, so maybe they're getting better).
