Re: [Avid-L2] Export to XDCAM file, no drive

Check the archives - I am sure there was a post here a few months back
about this - I think the idea was to have a good copy of an XDCAM disk
mounted and this fooled Avid into allowing the export.

Why can the Avid not export to a Sony XDCAM HD MXF file? If I don't have
a device connected to my computer when I'm ready to export I'd still
like to be able to export them to the desktop. I can use FTP or other
method to get those files onto the disc later on. Or is there a way?
