[Avid-L2] What is the current video hardware?

I'm having trouble finding anything on the Avid site. What is the
current video i/o hardware for media composer on an M1 Mac?

We're using a little Blackmagic box, and the system is not stable. Time
to spend what we need to, to get a smoother experience.
