Jef, That's the Avid way. Great editing software but they have no qualms about suppressing any negative comments. In the past that has included attempts to get people removed from their jobs if they failed to compliment the emperor's clothes. Be careful.

Still no discussion on the official Avid list.  My original post was never restored.  I must assume that people above Marianna kept her from putting it back.  But I can not believe that other people on the Avid list have not tried to post anything about the sale.  Feels very Stalinist to keep censoring the flow of information about the tool that allows their clients to make a living.
