I have mimiq which does this for my QNAP storage volumes but does not do it for the local drives on my macpro. I think it sees a networked storage device as bin lockable and Avid Media Sharing but not the local drives. Perhaps there is a configuration setting that could be tweaked but I've never had the need at home. Bob Zelin can fill you in on the details of how customizable it might be with local storage volumes. Here's the product description and I see that Hedge has purchased Mimiq.
