I've used only a small percentage of Carbon Copy Cloners potential and it's really saved me in the last two months I've lost two system drives. I use it in a primitive manner and just have an external HD that's got several partitions and I just CCC to one of the partitions with date info. I've never trusted incremental back up, for no real reason at all, so I go full Sigourney on the back ups and Nuke the back up drive from orbit before cloning. I will erase the partition and do a full CCC bu. I know this is a tremendous waste of time but it's unattended and I just like starting with a blank palette. There is a lot of ways to set up tasks for automating the back up and it knows to just back up what's changed as far as I know but again I just stay in my primitive lane. I don't want to let any Binary Aliens loose in my computer. ;-)_._,_._,_
