Posted with no intention to hijack this thread, rather to expand its utility for Windows users who might be drawn by the non-OS denominational subject line.

While they do not make an Apple product, for almost a decade I've relied on GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise to perform manual and automated data backup and migration with excellent performance, a good selection of tools/options, quick responses to product questions and no issues to date.
