Re: [Avid-L2] Netflix DolbyVision IMF creation using Resolve 15.3.1 or 16.2.6?

So I've got everything working in Resolve to monitor both HDR on the A output to my LG OLED C9 and B output Target Display 100 Nits to my PVM-2541.  Everything in the timeline plays in sync and all is good.  Then when I go to export to the Netflix IMF Preset for some reason the P3 D65 video drops almost 50% in level.  As soon as I stop the export the level jumps back up.  Does anybody have any idea what could cause this.  I've set everything to P3 D65 but that doesn't seem to make a difference.  The half level video gets baked into the IMF so something is wrong.

I don't have a Dolby License so I know I can't do a level 2 trim pass but in this case I'm using provided XML metadata for the clips which works fine at every level until I go to export.  I'm reaching out to all my Resolve contacts at the Network etc...  I even upgraded to 16.2.7 but still no luck.  I know this is an Avid list but many of you have delved further into Resolve than I have and I appreciate your perspective on this.
