Based on your description it sounds like this could be the result of a bug we fixed, which is MCCET-2619 (mentioned on page 22 here: http://resources.avid.com/SupportFiles/attach/MediaComposer2018Fixes.pdf). The strange thing is that we fixed that in 2018.10, but it is possible it broke again in 2018.12.7. Would you mind testing 2018.12.11 to check if it makes any difference?     Can you also let us know which version of Pro Tools created the AAF?
