[Avid-L2] Can't Log In to Avid Master Account

Is anyone having trouble logging in to their Master Account on the Avid.com web site?

All of my attempts are error'ing out with a caution to check my email address and password. But nothing has changed, and it doesn't work on both the web site and in the AvidLink app.

Anyone?
