Since they are not committing a crime and it's a small town, I would keep a discreet and low profile.

Looking for some group wisdom...
I do a lot of freelance work for two different companies in my small town. I recently was hired by "Company A" to do a shoot that I learned was a current client for "Company B". I didn't know at the time of the shoot but just confirmed it yesterday while talking to "Company A" and they want me to keep quiet. I wonder, should I tell "Company B" that someone else is trying to lure them away?
I apologize for not being an Avid related question but I am losing sleep over this and would love to hear your opinions.
