This is a difficult one and I would say that it's probably very dependent on your specific situation. The companies, their relationship to each other, your relationship with each, how the market is there, how many other companies are around there, etc.
One question to ask yourself (and you do not need to tell me or the group here), has Company B ever done something like this to another company? Like to Company C? Do these companies woo clients in secret regularly but this time it's two companies you know?
Will this hurt your relationship with either company? By saying anything or not saying anything?
Do you think it's fair that Company A has involved you in this and put you in the middle? Are they respecting your position in the community at all?
Ultimately how to handle this is your choice regardless of what anyone here has to say. And you will need to own that decision.
Sorry I can't be of more help and tell you what to do.
