Thank you so very much for always being on top of grievances. You really do go out of your way to make things better and you do a great job of listening. I really do wish that Avid still had others as helpful and concerned about user well being as you are. I always feel guilty that it doesn't seem that this workload of resolving issues for stressed users isn't better distributed. You really are a major benefit to the community.
