They are thinking of expanding our storage to accommodate more 4K projects. I have heard mention of a company called NexSan. They even have a product called Unity, go figure. It looks like they have storage solutions for all types of needs including video post.
I have no experience with their products and am curious if anyone is using any of their storage solutions. We have SanMp and a Nexis with the SanMp primarily for online side of things.
I couldn't get a quick feel for the NexSan Unity project but it seems to offer administration capabilities but I have no idea if it would offer Avid style of workspace size management etc... Any experience would be appreciated.
