I'm in the same situation, including Phrase Find and Script Sync. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes on support, step by step instructions would be appreciated!
So apparently my MC subscription expires on December 1st. And of course the web site is of no help in figuring out what I'm supposed to do.I now have (I think) MC with Symphony Option — but the AppMan also says 'Perpetual' on my account — which is not one of the combos in the renewal menu. It gives me four choices to add to the cart:- Media Composer/Software with Symphony Option- Media Composer/Ultimate (crossgrade, paid upfront)- Media Composer/Ultimate (crossgrade, paid monthly- Media Composer PerpetualAgain, I already have Perpetual (I think). But I ALSO have the Symphony option. So if I'm trying to affect the correct renewal, which option do I select?Help!Thanks,DD
