Re: [Avid-L2] Post Roommates wanted - Culver City.

As Greg knows, my place is smaller and purposely built at home, so some clients only come to me for archival restoration.  I do have a client who asked about being MPAA approved to send work to me, and she is at one of the Big 6 (soon to be 5, boo!!!)  ... so I will ask her to check your place out.  I have not been there in about 6 years, but remember it is really a cool place, Greg.

Will let you know if she can move forward.

Best,

Hey Gang

As you might know, I have small production/post-production company on the east edge of Culver City, CA.

I currently have a couple rooms that haven't been used in a while, and would love to find a 'roommate' looking for a place to cut their projects away from their home or garage. I currently have two rooms and a couple assistant stations that are mostly idle. While they're not 'glamourous' client showcases, they're clean, comfortable air conditioned rooms, and it's a great environment to work. The rooms could be available with or without Mac and shared storage - Avid/Adobe/whatever.

We're security approved by a couple of the major studios (there's no common industry-wide security approval yet, in spite of how it's talked about)

I also have a protools mix room that's only really used for client review-and-approval (shhh…. that's a secret) if you're looking for a quiet place to mix.

It's not so much that we need the rent money, but really more that the place is bigger than we currently need, it seems like wasted space, and we love to meet and work with new people.

So, if you're interested, email me directly.
