The plugin formerly known as Boris Transfer has a free trial for 14 days, I believe.  If you just need it for one job, that might work for you.
Otherwise, Resolve is probably your best option.

Go to the files section on the Avid-L2 and download Automatic Duck. Wes gave them away free when he went to work for Adobe.
