It's been stated by others but I'll say it again: the NVidia Pascal GPUs (Gtx 10x0, i.e. GTX1080, etc, Titan X) are only working with OS 10.12.5 and above. The drivers available for the earlier versions of Mac OS only support up to the Kepler cards (GTX 9x0).
You are on Mac OS 10.0.5, your card is NEVER going to work until you upgrade the OS to 10.12.5 or 10.12.6 and then install the corresponding drivers.
