Capture tool is touchy without a stable video source, even if you're only recording audio. Try switching your video input to something that is stable - if you have no video coming in, choose an analog video if there is one available.

If I try to use the capture tool, the recording immediately stops with
this warning -
Exception:Audio/Video is unexpectedly no longer coming in the system
But when I use the Audio Punch-In Tool, it works fine.
So I've been using the Audio Punch-In tool but was wondering if anyone
had any insight into this problem since the Capture Tool is a bit more
convenient.
Thanks!
