Cool, thanks. Unfourtunaltly it doesn't show the security updates in there. Though I did find this
So, at least I know when different updates came out.
So what broke is that we have a Win server connected to a StorNext SAN. That Win Server is serving out the SAN volumes so non-SAN clients can connect and access data. Which use to not be a problem. So we are in a slow period right now, minimal staff, minimal activity, and the first time the problem showed up was a couple of weeks ago and it was thought to be a one off error. But then the other day we discovered it's affected all OS X 10.10 systems. No longer can they upload files greater than 4GB to one of the SAN volumes that is being shared. 10.9 and 10.11 clients - no problem. Just 10.10 all of a sudden.

As for which exact files and rolling back, I hope that you use either Time Machine or have a bootable, pre-update backup.
What dos the security update break? It's been years since I have seen a security update break either Media Composer or Pro Tools.
