Installations is where you want to be looking. If there's no entry for the security update there, then I don't know where else you can look.

I do not see anything labeled install updates. I see " installations" which seems to be software installed. I also see "Logs:Installer logs" but nothing labled "Installed Updates". I'm on an os 10.9.5 drive now. Am I missing it or is this something in other mac ox software versions.

As for which exact files and rolling back, I hope that you use either Time Machine or have a bootable, pre-update backup.
What dos the security update break? It's been years since I have seen a security update break either Media Composer or Pro Tools.
