NewBlue Titler Pro is in your My Products and Subscriptions section of the site.
Titler Pro 2.0 comes with perpetual license.
Titler Pro 2.5 is only available if you have a valid MC subscription.

My only question on new blue is what the deal is with 2.5, least the latest version of app manager labels them right rather than 2.0 listings. But any time i download it and install it asks for serial numbers i don't have. This is the same with annual subscription and permanent.
