It's a bold move. And harsh medicine. If AVID defaults, Cerberus will own them Lock, Stock and Barcode.
Execs are betting it all on the "Avid Everywhere Vision".
Best wishes to all those talented employees heading to the life-rafts, and to those still remaining onboard.
I mean that sincerely. Neither trip is going to be easy.
