I find it works better on Tuesdays in PAL Countries and best on Fridays in NTSC. Because of cycles.

Tomorrow is your day.

Try this :
Shutdown the computer and remove the dongle.

Restart the computer and let the application manager start.

Insert the dongle.

Download and install the update.

That worked for 3 systems this week but it was a Tuesday...

On one of them the editor also stopped avid background services to get it to work but I'm putting that down to the time difference.
