You can also consider hosting the file locally if you have a NAS or computer that can act as the FTP server. That would significantly reduce the "upload" phase.
Since you have 2gb fiber it might be viable.

And then there's the total cost of the solutions from those big players, which is clearly justified, but not necessarily supported by the budget.
