Same here Paul.
Been on renewed support for 1 week. Only option is to "update" through the Dongle Updater File. The new file does not see the dongle, just like the one tried last week.
Also have experienced Symphony optioned MC's that could not be renewed at all using the activation codes provided for that perpetual product. So their master web accounts still list those as having expired support contracts...
Not complaining - just advising here.

Same as a license activation. Doesn't matter which you have - activation ID or dongle. You need to update it once every 365 days so it knows it is on the new plan date.Happy New Year allMarianna
