IIRC, Steven Koster started the Avid L, which became a thriving
community. Avid hired Steven, which got them a great employee and
ownership of the L. Steven had other interests and Avid may or may not
have valued the L more than the employee. Steven left Avid and for a
variety of reasons the L2 was born. Anyone heard from Steven lately?

P.S. One of the last posts on the original L was Bob Zelin calling me
an idiot. This "non news" was delivered in Bob's classic and totally
unoffensive manner. I miss Bob.s posts.
