Marianna has asked me to pass along to everyone that she will be reaching out to the Avid-L2 tomorrow with information to help guide people through the support renewal process.
Apparently they have done maintenance work on the community and download centers and a few other sites, and Marianna is in the process of checking and reviewing this maintenance work.
Help is on the way.
