Old. Thinking.
Really, really old thinking.
For the last few years I have not turned over anything to sound with less than 16 tracks, of which a few are stereo, and by the time we're in full post, I have always filled the 24 tracks, and have often needed more than that.
24 tracks is such an old limitation, it needs to go by 2002 or so. Oh, wait….
