This means Avid has natively ProRes codecs and QT export still use QT as transcoding engine (thus QT needs to be intalled), or just rewrap in case of SAS (In case I assume QT still needs to be intalled).
Am I right? Pretty sure on the first assumption, not on the second one.
(Not that it matters, i'm waiting and have to kill some time...)
