so they unplugged and plugged a few times CPU and the Nitris Box and after a while, its working again... I dont know for so long but for now its fine!

Hello guys,
a friend of my are having issues with his Nitris DX.
Today during the day he lost a few times video in the "video Monitor" and after a machine reboot when he ran the symphony software this error message " the dnx codec hardware in your Nitris DX is not functioning property". No more video trougth the HDSDI output.
all ligths in HIB are green, the symphony reported at top "avid symphony nitris DX"......
any ideas?
