Version 8.3.1+ required a new dongle data to be present in order to start the application - contract expiration date. Thus, a dongle blast was needed for all owners.
If your service contract expired before MC 8.4 was released then the application will warn you and close. If it is still active then the dongle blast from 8.3.1 will suffice.Dom Q. Silverio
