but I'm here to let you know that after an hour on hold, and 15 minutes with the support rep (who was fast and courteous), it seems that whatever caused this is a known licensing issue on their end. She gave me a 30 day temp license, so I'm back up and running. She said she'd be in touch with the final resolution as soon as it becomes available.
