Still, it would be quick to mixdown your audio. To be really sure there's nothing strange in your sequence I would make a copy that has only the mixdown tracks in it and see if you can export that.

No audio was ever AMA linked. I didn't use AMA for this project at all.
The really bizarre thing is that I did a shorter cut copied from the same sequence, and that exports fine.
