I havent used it for a few months but my experience of the mini-monitor is that I have to use 10.2.3 drivers from BM for Avid MC and the latest ones from Premiere (10.4.7?)
There's a bit of a merry dance upgrading/downgrading too - Avid requires them be installed before MC is installed, Premiere is the opposite. (IIRC)
